1. How many guests can the barn accommodate?

Southern Charm Event Barn comfortably hosts comfortably 150+ guests for ceremonies and receptions.

2. What is included when we book the venue?

Your rental includes access to the barn, tables and chairs for up to 150+ guests, use of our outdoor ceremony space, and free parking.

3. Do you offer wedding packages?

Yes! We offer full weekend rentals along with day rentals when available three months from date. Each package can be customized with vendor recommendations, and extra hours if needed.

4. Can we choose our own vendors?

Yes! We welcome outside caterers, photographers, DJs, and florists. We also have a preferred vendor list with trusted professionals who know our venue well.

5. Do you provide décor?

We have some décor available. You’re welcome to bring your own décor as well.

6. Is alcohol allowed?

Yes, alcohol is permitted with a licensed bartender. We require proof of insurance for all events serving alcohol.

7. What happens if it rains?

Our barn provides a beautiful indoor backup space, so your day will be perfect rain or shine.

8. Is there parking available?

Yes, we have free on-site parking for you and your guests.

9. How much time do we have on the wedding day?

Standard weekend rentals begin Friday morning at 10:00 am and ends Sunday afternoons at 1:00pm. Extra hours can be added if needed.

10. Do you require a deposit to book?

Yes, a $500 non-refundable deposit and signed contract are required to secure your date. This goes toward you rental balance. The balance is due one month before the wedding.

11. Do we need insurance or a damage deposit?

Yes, we require couples to carry event insurance and a $500 refundable damage deposit. The insurance is quick and inexpensive to get, and your damage deposit will be returned after the wedding if everything is left in good condition.
